AI WORKFLOWS · IMPLEMENTATION & MAINTENANCE

Less repetitive work.
More time for your business.

We build and maintain AI workflows in the tools your team already uses. Start with one practical process: preparing outreach, following up on enquiries or keeping your CRM organised.

For B2B owners and teams with a clear process to improve.

The call helps identify the process, tools, approval points and whether a focused pilot is a useful next step.

HOW IT WORKS
  1. 01
    Input

A request, record or approved source

  2. 02
    Automation

    Organise, check and prepare

  3. 03
    Human approval

    Review exceptions and consequential actions

  4. 04
    Output

An approved draft, task or record update

This is an illustrative workflow, not a client result. The tools, data and approval rules are agreed for your pilot.
THREE PRACTICAL STARTING POINTS

Start with work your team already does.

Choose one application. We agree the inputs, the output and what a person must check before the workflow acts.

01 / PROSPECT RESEARCH

Prepare more relevant outreach.

Organise company and buyer research, summarise useful context and draft outreach for review. Your team approves recipients and messages before anything is sent.

02 / ENQUIRY FOLLOW-UP

Keep the next step visible.

Bring an enquiry into the right place, prepare a response and flag the next action. Agree when a person must approve a reply and how unresolved enquiries are handed over.

03 / CRM ADMIN

Turn notes into organised records.

Prepare CRM updates, summarise activity and flag missing information. Validate the proposed changes and handle duplicates or uncertain matches before updating records.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear path from input to approved output.

A FOCUSED FIRST IMPLEMENTATION

One workflow.
Six weeks to build it properly.

A focused pilot to discover, build, test and launch one agreed workflow, with a clear handover.

€5,000 / six-week pilot

50% upfront · 50% at launch.

Discovery, workflow setup, testing, launch support and handover. Standard pilot tools are included. Custom integrations and additional costs are agreed in the proposal.

Book a discovery call

After the pilot, choose whether to continue. Maintenance: €750–€1,000/month, depending on scope. Tools and usage are charged separately.

Scope and launch timing are agreed after checking feasibility and access. There is no automatic maintenance commitment.

WEEK 1 / DISCOVER

Define one useful process.

Map the steps, existing tools, data access, approval points and how we will judge the pilot.

WEEKS 2–3 / BUILD

Build the agreed workflow.

Connect the approved inputs and outputs. Configure checks, exception handling and human approval where required.

WEEKS 4–5 / TEST

Check normal cases and failures.

Test with agreed data, review the output and adjust the workflow before enabling production actions.

WEEK 6 / LAUNCH & HAND OVER

Launch with a clear owner.

Complete the agreed launch checks, document operation and hand over the workflow. Review what ongoing maintenance would cover.

CONTROL BUILT INTO THE SCOPE

Know who can access, approve and maintain the work.

Access

Use existing accounts where practical. Agree the permissions needed before connecting tools.

Approval

Document which actions need a person’s approval, who approves them and what happens if a check fails.

Ownership & handover

Agree ownership of workflow configuration and the handover materials in the proposal, including any third-party licence limits.

Support

Agree the maintenance scope, monitoring, change requests and response expectations before ongoing work begins.

Built around the way business actually works.

We start with the task your team needs to complete, then decide where automation is useful and where human judgement should stay.

BEFORE WE START

Practical questions, answered.

Is Navselo software or a service?

Navselo is a workflow implementation and maintenance service. We work with your existing tools where practical; this is not a standalone software subscription.

What can we automate?

Start with prospect research and outreach preparation, enquiry follow-up or CRM admin. We check the process, integrations and data before agreeing what can be delivered.

Will the workflow send messages or change records automatically?

That depends on the agreed scope. We define approval rules before launch. Recipient selection, messages, uncertain matches and consequential changes are reviewed where required.

What do you need from us?

A process owner, examples of the work, approved tool access and someone available to review outputs. We agree responsibilities and permissions before setup.

What does the pilot cost?

The six-week pilot is €5,000, paid 50% upfront and 50% at launch. Standard pilot tools are included. Custom integrations and additional costs are agreed in the proposal.

What happens after the pilot?

We review the implementation and handover. If you continue, maintenance is €750–€1,000/month depending on scope, with tools and usage charged separately. There is no automatic ongoing commitment.

Do you guarantee savings or sales results?

No fixed time saving, meeting count or revenue result is promised. We agree practical success criteria and assess the pilot against those criteria.

Who owns the workflow, and how is data handled?

Ownership, access, providers, approval responsibilities and handover are documented in the proposal. Data handling is assessed for the actual tools and use case.
